The closest brewery to the hikes along the Mountain Loop Highway is Lake Stevens Brewing Company. Don’t let the small size of the building fool you–there is tasty beer to be had inside!
Lime Kiln Trail
Rainy days are frequent here, so its always good to have a good riverside or waterfall hike prepared for offering a bit of tree cover and protection from the elements. Located in Granite Falls is Lime Kiln trail, a relatively flat trail rich in history that is great year-round for hiking.
Get Your Goat
The Mountain Loop Highway, originating in Granite Falls, is rich with amazing hikes. Growing up further north of Seattle, I had easy access to the plethora of adventures offered here. However, I hadn’t yet conquered Goat Lake.
